Welcome

Hi guys!
So I thought I would create this blog as a way to share my experiences with the cosmetics company, Lush.

I first discovered this brand when I moved to Bath in September of 2013 but didn't actually buy anything until I went in at Christmas to buy a Secret Santa present and of course it was manic and very crowded as the Bath store was still in its old home which was a lot smaller than its current home. and I don't really remember going back into it until I moved out of halls and into my new house. Mum and I decided to relax with some retail therapy and a friend had posted on Facebook about D'Fluff strawberry shaving soap so we went in and attempted to find it. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock but I still came away with lots of goodies! This was my first experience with the customer service that Lush provides and I have never had a bad experience in any of the stores I have visited. The lady I had was extremely knowledgeable about the products and really tried to suggest products that I would like but wasn't trying to push me into purchasing them at all! I came away with The Olive Branch Shower Gel, Strawberry Feels Forever, Ro's Argan Body Conditioner and Rub Rub Rub, 3 of which have become my favourite products.

Lush was created in 1995 by Mark and Mo Constantine and produce a variety of products; body lotions, shampoos, conditioners, toothy tabs, shower gels, bath melts, fresh face masks, bath bombs, bubble bars, massage bars, make up, soaps and body scrubs to name a few! They also do exclusive products at the holidays such as Snow Fairy at Christmas as well as products for Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, Easter and Halloween. They have a very strong ethical values and are against animal testing. They also donate money from their Charity Pots to charities from all over the world such as groups for environmental conservation, animal welfare and human rights. Some products come in black tubs and once used, these can be taken back to the store to be recycled, 5 black pots earns you a free fresh face mask worth £6.25.

Hope you enjoy reading my reviews of the products!
